How do I find someone?
Use the creative directory to search by skill, place and availability. If nobody matches, broaden the area or send a sourcing request.
Which opportunity type should I choose?
Use paid for commercial work; skill swap when both people exchange a defined skill; community collaboration for a genuinely shared non-commercial project; and volunteering only when the help is freely chosen. See the full posting standard.
Does In The Loop handle payment?
No. Members agree and make payments directly. Never pay to receive work. Keep written records and use traceable payment methods.
How does Borrow & Share work?
The site introduces members and helps them list the important details. Before handover, both people use the sharing checklist and confirm the arrangement in writing.
